We want you to feel cozy, confident, and completely in love with your Ballerina House loungewear. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.

How to Start a Return
Before sending anything back, you must email us at
BallerinaHouseLounge@gmail.com
with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Returns sent without prior email authorization will not be accepted.
Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in new, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or damage

Free of pet hair, stains, or wear

In their original packaging with tags attached
Final sale items, discounted items, and limited-edition drops may not be eligible for return.
Refunds — Store Credit Only
All approved returns are refunded as store credit only.

Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card sent to your email.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow 3–5 business days after your return is received and inspected for store credit to be issued.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, you may use your store credit to place a new order.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Ballerina House is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
