BALLERINA HOUSE – RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel cozy, confident, and completely in love with your Ballerina House loungewear. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.

How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, you must email us at
BallerinaHouseLounge@gmail.com
with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Returns sent without prior email authorization will not be accepted.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in new, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or damage

  • Free of pet hair, stains, or wear

  • In their original packaging with tags attached

Final sale items, discounted items, and limited-edition drops may not be eligible for return.

Refunds — Store Credit Only

All approved returns are refunded as store credit only.

  • Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card sent to your email.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days after your return is received and inspected for store credit to be issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, you may use your store credit to place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Ballerina House is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at BallerinaHouseLounge@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.
